To iterate is to perform something repeatedly.

In the continuous Improvement field we iterate a lot, I mean, it is called continuous improvement, so by definition, we will be repeating the process.

It is important to keep this In mind when working on a continuous improvement project or we can get stuck in trying to achieve perfection and that will prevent us from ever completing the project.

Each iteration of the project should include desired goals to understand the scope. When those goals are achieved, we should move on to the next phase of the project.
