This week's tip is about your emails and avoiding email overload.


This is a tip that I have used but there are many more strategies to get your emails under control so if this one does not work for you try another.


Nowadays Gmail and Outlook have great tools to help triage and organize your emails and to mark for spam or unsubscribe to get rid of the junk.


The important thing is to be aware of how much your email consumes you and that there are strategies to improve it.
