As seasoned leaders, it is essential to help others build their business acumen.


Often we can get frustrated with some of our team members when they do not make a decision that aligns with one we would have made in the same situation.


It takes a lot of patience and grace while they are learning but the investment in time and knowledge will pay dividends later.
