What does physical and mental health have to do with time-managment?
It's "Tammy's Tiny Tip Tuesday" where I share bite-sized nuggets of information regarding time management, that are easy to digest. We will build on these small habits weekly.
I realize that this is easier said than done.
In fact, I have struggled with balancing my career and health for most of my adult life.
For the last several years though I have made it a priority.
Truly understanding the connection to managing my time has been very revealing.
For example, I would avoid working out or even going for walks because I need to "get stuff done".
I learned that if I walk in the morning, I release endorphins that help me think more clearly.
I am mentally preparing for my day, so when I am at my desk ready to work, I am more focused and productive.
Burnout is real and we have control over it.
There is true magic in doing something for yourself that allows us to be more productive with our work.
Do one thing for yourself, this week and note the impact that it has on your productivity.
