Let go!


Building on my post from last week when I talked about pursuing your daydream, I have had to learn to let go of what I thought should happen and enjoy the journey of what is happening.


Even though I am very organized and an impeccable planner, I am not living the life I had planned for.


I have had to learn to surrender to the will of God and let him take the lead. I listen and move forward but look for signs when I need to pivot.


This has led me beyond what I could have come up with on my own.


I do not concern myself with the units of measurement we often use to compare ourselves to others of the same age or status.


I am on my own journey, taking the time to enjoy and live my own life, and what a wonderful life it is.
