It's "Tammy's Tiny Tip Tuesday" where I share bite-sized nuggets of information regarding time management, that are easy to digest. We will build on these small habits weekly.

Take the time to determine your core values or what is the most important to you.

Think of your core values as your north star guiding you on your journey.

Write down your goals and align them with your core values.

For true balance consider goals in these four categories: Spiritual, social/emotional, mental, and physical.

Try to come up with as many as you can, big and small.

Initially, do not spend a lot of time rationalizing your goals or you will talk yourself out of them.

Now let's narrow down that list by using a highlighter and determining what goals you can accomplish this year.

Now choose 3-5 of those goals that you would/could get done first or at least get started on them.

Then determine the steps needed to achieve those goals.

Add those steps to your planner to start taking action toward those goals.

Adjust as needed but keep prioritizing those steps.

Any tasks not aligned with your core values and your goals should be assessed and either deleted or delegated.
