When I reflect and think about my over 30 years in the corporate world I am so proud of how far we have come creating a culture of candor in the workplace. Oh, don't get me wrong, we still have a long way to do, but wow we have come a long way. I will probably get people who disagree with me but I honestly don't think prejudice or malice was ever intended, in most circumstances. I think we did not know any better.
